The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Subscription fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own Anthropic API key. We are not responsible for any charges incurred through your API usage.
You agree not to use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or anything that violates YouTube's terms of service. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
All content, design, and code within ViralDNA is owned by the operator. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in increased views, subscribers, or revenue. AI-generated suggestions are for informational purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms.
