By accessing or using ViralDNA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ViralDNA is an AI-powered YouTube content analysis tool. The Service provides title scoring, viral DNA extraction, channel analysis, and related features powered by the Anthropic Claude API.
The Transcript Library can also transcribe your own videos and recognise their speakers on GPU servers we rent (section 5), build compilations from a brief with Supercut Builder (section 6), and cut clips in your browser with Cut and Auto Cut (section 7).
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Payments are processed by Whop, our payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's terms of service. Subscription fees are charged monthly (or annually, if selected) and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and the first billing period is charged. You may cancel during the trial at no cost. Free trials are limited to one per customer; we may deny or revoke trials that we reasonably believe are being abused.
On purchase you receive a personal licence key by email. Your key is for your use only — sharing, reselling, or publishing it is prohibited and may result in termination without refund. Each subscription tier includes a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing month; unused credits do not roll over. AI features are powered by the Anthropic Claude API via our servers — you do not need your own API keys.
GPU transcription, speaker recognition and Supercut Builder also use credits from this allowance. The app shows the credit cost before you start.
A transcript costs 25 credits per file plus 1 credit per minute of audio. Adding speaker recognition costs 1 more credit per minute. Speaker recognition on a transcript you already have costs 25 credits plus 1 credit per minute. Minutes are rounded up.
A file can be up to 240 minutes long. Each plan has a daily limit of audio hours (currently 5 for Starter, 10 for Pro and 25 for Studio). During the free trial, GPU jobs are limited to 30 minutes of audio in total.
Credits are deducted when you start a job. They are refunded automatically if you cancel before processing starts, if the upload does not finish, if the job fails, or if no GPU becomes available. If the audio turns out to be at least a minute shorter than you paid for, the per-minute difference is refunded. Credits for a completed job are not refunded.
Jobs may wait in a queue. We may pause or limit GPU processing at any time, for example when capacity or our spending limits are reached; if this stops a queued job from running, its credits are refunded.
Results are kept for 7 days. Open the app within that time so your browser can collect them; after that they are deleted and cannot be recovered. Transcripts and speaker labels are produced automatically and can contain mistakes, including wrong names, so check them before you rely on them or publish them.
By starting a job you confirm that you have the right to process the recording and, where required, the consent of the people in it (section 8). How we handle the audio and voiceprints is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Supercut Builder uses AI to pick and order moments from your transcripts to match a brief. Planning costs 20 credits, picking costs 30 credits for each item in the brief, and putting the clips in order costs 20 credits. Requests too large to process are refused before any credits are charged. The clips it picks are suggestions; review them before you publish.
Cut and Auto Cut are free. They run in your browser on your own computer, so their speed depends on your device. Fast cuts that do not re-encode the video can start or end slightly away from the chosen time. You are responsible for the clips you make and how you use them.
You agree not to use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or anything that violates YouTube's terms of service. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
Only upload, transcribe or cut recordings that you own or have the right to use. If other people can be heard in a recording, you must have their consent where the law requires it, especially before you use speaker recognition to identify them or keep their voiceprints. Do not use speaker recognition to identify, monitor or track people without a lawful basis.
Your transcripts and voice library are stored only in your browser. We do not back them up and cannot restore them if your browser data is cleared. Our Privacy Policy explains how to delete them.
All content, design, and code within ViralDNA is owned by the operator. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in increased views, subscribers, or revenue. AI-generated suggestions, automatic transcripts and speaker labels are for informational purposes only and may contain errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
